Lovely welcoming place, but seriously, who needs a safe and free WiFi in a hotel? I'm sure everyone would rather be disconnected and risk losing all their valuables.

Its location was good close to the airport. And it's at a short distance from O Curniciello, ate there once or twice.

We got a room with bathtubs.

The room was great and the bed was really comfortable.

we liked it. stayed here for 6 nights with our father, had a really comfortable stay. the staff was accommodating providing assistance. hotel's location was particularly good, near to the train station. the restaurant was relatively near the property.

I had a wonderful experience at Sweet Room in Naples. the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room to one with a balcony for free. the room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and sofa. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the sheets to the towels. the location is great, near Piazza Garibaldi and the metro station. the owner was very hospitable, offering us coffee every morning and even giving us a small gift before check-out. I highly recommend this hotel. Cons: Not one thing 🙌.

The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with a great view of the city. Having climate control, a safe box, and a television in the room was really convenient. - the hotel's location at Piazza Carlo III was fantastic.

The hotel had a good and magnificent location, an easy walk to Piazza Carlo III. I liked the room, it was great-sized and included fresh towels and a balcony. - the employees at the venue were affable.

We stayed at Sweet Room for 5 nights on our vacation to Naples. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Ciro and his father, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment room was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured, with modern amenities like air conditioning and wifi. The small balcony was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed our coffee and pastries each morning made by Ciro's father. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the main train station, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We felt like valued guests and would gladly stay here again.

I keep coming back because the staff helped me with tickets printing. Sweet Room has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, Welcome drink, Flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/ -out, In-room breakfast. Perfect for my business trips.

Great location for shopping and exploring. Free WiFi and a full breakfast - a great way to start the day! I also appreciated the option for an Italian breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Who needs tea/coffee in the room? Luckily, there were plenty of cafes nearby.

The staff at this B&B were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged transfers to and from the airport, making our travel much easier. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with good wifi and air conditioning. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which included a variety of options like yogurt, juice, coffee, croissants, and jams. the staff's excellent service and the convenient amenities made our stay enjoyable.

One thing to note is that the surrounding area is not the nicest. However, this seems to be a common issue in the city in general.

I always stay here. They gave me a cool drink when I arrived in the hot weather. Perfect for me - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, welcome drink, TV. VIP check-in/out, in-room breakfast. Also playpen and cots. No pets, AC, non-smoking. Coming back for New Year!

Great value for money and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff were great too help us.

Only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast offerings.

There is also a highly recommended pizzeria located nearby.
